Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Making Calls, Both In and Out.
2. Clearly and enthusiastically introduce and market company items and services to potential clients over the phone.
3. Make timely follow-up calls in order to address any follow-up inquiries, nurture leads, and assist prospects in moving through the sales funnel.
4. Achieve or surpass the management-established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), quotas, and individual and team sales targets.
5. Regularly report to the supervisor on market trends, consumer feedback, and areas for improvement.
