·Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
·Understanding customer’s requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
· Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
·Calling & taking follow-ups in regular basis
·Generate leads for Training & Internship programs
·Give information about T & I Programs & convince candidates to do registrations
·Generate maximum registrations /Clients to meet targeted number of opportunities
·Making 80 to 100 calls a day
·Sending 500 mails
·Facilitating company’s sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.
· Keeping a record of all the calls and notes of useful data.
