JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Filipino National can speak, read, and write German language
✅At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
✅Knowledgeable in Computer application
✅Computer and internet savvy – can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
✅Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus but not required
✅BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
✅Installing and maintaining computer systems and network applications
✅Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
✅Resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
✅Managing, prioritizing, and documenting incoming questions and service desk tickets
✅Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant department
