JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Filipino national who is conversational to fluent in French language
✅Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
✅Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
✅Experience in customer service, shared services, HR operations, data management, or other transactional service environments is preferred.
✅Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Coordinate and manage the collection of employer survey data from participating organizations, including communicating with French-speaking clients and stakeholders regarding survey requirements and submissions.
✅Review and validate submitted survey information to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with survey standards.
✅Execute salary survey processes for assigned countries and analyze market compensation and benefits data to support business objectives.
✅Communicate survey participation requirements, data collection procedures, and project timelines in both French and English to participating organizations and clients.
✅Serve as a point of contact for French-speaking clients, providing guidance and clarification on survey methodologies, data submission requirements, and survey results.
