📌Position: French Customer Support Specialist

📌Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 70,000 gross
📌Work Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
📌Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Filipino national who is fluent in French
✅Preferably Currently residing in Cebu City
✅Open to graduates and undergradutes
✅Customer Service experience is a plus
✅Willing to work onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to French-speaking clients
✅Assist in Tracking and distribution of information on orders
✅Answer and resolve consumer complaints
✅Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
✅Resolves payment complaints
