JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as the Direct Sales Manager for HDFC Life Insurance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals
Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distribution partners, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Ideal Candidate:
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of experience in field sales.
Excellent communication and sales abilities are crucial.
Must have a bike and a valid driver’s license.
