Job description

As a Cornerstone Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of the organizations Cornerstone application suite. You will provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to end-users to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Cornerstone platform.
 
Requirements :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support for enterprise software applications, preferably Cornerstone.
  • Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and human capital management (HCM) concepts.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to web-based applications, databases, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with users at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as we’ll as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cornerstone certification or relevant training is a plus.
