Role Overview:
We are hiring customer-focused professionals for Kotak Life Insurance’s Customer Support & Cross-Sales process. No cold calling—interactions are only with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls from Kotak Life policyholders
• Resolve queries and concerns related to existing policies
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell suitable insurance products
• Achieve monthly sales/cross-sell targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Build long-term rapport and act as a trusted advisor
Eligibility:
• Minimum 6 months experience in telesales, customer support, or insurance/financial services
• Fresh graduate candidates with strong communication and sales aptitude may apply
• Skills: Fluent in Hindi & English, customer-centric, confident, persuasive
Compensation & Benefits:
• ₹17,000 in-hand + performance-based incentives
• Regular day shift, Sunday off or rotational weekly off
