We are urgently hiring for Inbound Customer Service roles in Metropolis (Healthcare) and UPSTOX (Stockbroking IB process). These are pure customer service profiles – No Sales, No Targets, No Pressure.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls for either Metropolis lab services or UPSTOX IB-related customer queries

• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, or support requests

• Deliver accurate information and professional assistance

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and empathy

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)

• Experience:

  • Freshers: Welcome to apply

  • Experienced: Preferred in customer service

• Language: Good English communication skills (mandatory)

• Gender: Open to all

• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

• Work Location:

  • Metropolis Process: Mumbai Office

  • UPSTOX Process: Thane Highstreet Office

⏰ Shift Timings:

• Metropolis Process:

  • Rotational day shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

  • No night shifts post 11 PM

  • 6 days working | 1 rotational weekly off

• UPSTOX IB Process:

  • Fixed shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 6 days working | 1 weekly off

💰 Salary:

• UPSTOX Process:

  • Freshers: ₹18,836 CTC | ₹16,258 In Hand

• Metropolis Process:

  • Freshers: ₹16,000 In Hand

  • Experienced: ₹17,000 In Hand
