Job Role: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Provide accurate information related to products and services.

  • Log and escalate issues as necessary for quick resolution.

  • Maintain call quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics.

 


 

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Shift Timings: Rotational Day Shifts

    • 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

    • 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

    • 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

    • 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

  • Week Off: Rotational

  • Salary:

    • ₹16,000/- in-hand (Non-Lingual)

    • ₹18,000/- in-hand (Lingual)

  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives available

  • Gender: Male & Female (Both can apply)

  • Age Limit: 18 to 34 years

 


 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Experience:

    • Fresher

    • OR Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Customer Service

  • Language Requirements:

    • Good English Communication

    • Basic communication acceptable for candidates with linguistic capabilities
