Join One Point One Solutions for the Blinkit process as a Customer Service Executive handling both voice and chat support. We’re looking for candidates with strong communication skills, comprehension ability, and a passion for resolving customer queries. Openings available for both freshers and experienced candidates!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and chat interactions.
Resolve customer issues related to Blinkit services promptly and accurately.
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in CRM tools.
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism on every interaction.
Meet quality and productivity targets set by the operations team.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Fresher & Experienced (both can apply)
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
Language Proficiency: Fluent English (spoken & written)
Communication Requirement:
Must qualify Versant Level 5
Good comprehension & vocabulary skills.

Females: General Day Shift
Males: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Interview Time)
