Business Development Executive (B2B Sales – IT & Government Tenders)

We are a dynamic IT company based in Mumbai, specializing in Website Designing, Mobile Application Development, CRM/ERP Solutions, and Digital Marketing Services. In addition, we also have a division that deals in Corporate Gifting solutions. With a strong client base and diverse service portfolio, we’re expanding our Sales Team and are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive who can help us grow through B2B outreach and Government Tender bidding.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and follow up on B2B sales leads provided by the company or sourced independently.
• Identify new business opportunities across private and government sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Research and bid on tenders through GeM Portal, eProcurement platforms, and other government portals.
• Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams (technical, design, marketing) for project alignment.
• Propose and initiate new product or service ideas to cater to emerging market needs.
• Conduct competitive market analysis to stay ahead in the IT and corporate gifting segments.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and trade fairs (if needed).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales in the IT or related services sector.
• Experience in government tender bidding and familiarity with portals like GeM, eTender, etc. is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions like websites, apps, CRMs, and digital marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize responsibilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Preferred Candidates:
• Based in Mumbai and willing to work from our Marine Lines office.
• Prior experience in a tech company, marketing agency, or government vendor setup.
• Familiar with tools like Excel, CRM software, Tender portals, etc.
Compensation:
As per industry standards + Incentives based on performance.
