We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our team. The ideal
candidate should possess expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript/TypeScript. Knowledge of Angular is considered an added advantage. In this
role, you will be responsible for managing a small development team, assisting them in
coding tasks, organizing standup meetings, and actively contributing to critical development
work. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in communicating project status updates to
stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate,
SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Lead and manage a small development team, providing guidance and support in coding
tasks.
Organize and facilitate standup meetings, ensuring effective communication and
collaboration within the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify technical specifications, and
provide regular project updates.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of
the software applications.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the
development process when applicable.
Mentor junior developers, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5 to 8 years of relevant project experience.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Java Developer, with a strong proficiency in Java, Spring
Boot, Hibernate, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Familiarity with Angular is an added advantage.
Experience in managing small development teams and organizing standup meetings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey
technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
