Call 2 Connect is hiring an energetic Agency Manager – Sales to lead our dynamic BPO team. The role involves managing sales executives, handling inbound leads, driving outbound sales, mentoring team members, monitoring daily activities, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance.
🎯 Requirements: Min. 1 year in inbound/sales ops (BPO preferred), Graduate, Age 25–35, Fluent in English & basic Hindi. Open to Male & Female.
🕒 Shift: Day (9:30 AM–6:30 PM) | Mon–Sat (Sunday off)
💰 Salary & Benefits: Up to ₹45K (Negotiable) + Performance incentives + Annual appraisal + Health Insurance + PF, PT & ESI
