Job Summary:

Call 2 Connect is hiring an energetic and target-driven Agency Manager (Sales) to join our dynamic BPO sales team in Malad West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in inbound and sales operations, with the ability to lead a team, drive performance, and deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve revenue and performance targets.

• Handle inbound sales leads and drive outbound sales campaigns as needed.

• Mentor, coach, and guide team members to improve productivity and close rates.

• Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback.

• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve client queries.

• Prepare and present regular performance reports to the senior management.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in inbound and sales operations (BPO or similar industry preferred)

• Age Limit: 25 to 35 years

• Education: Graduate in any discipline

• Languages: Fluent in English & Basic Hindi

• Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply

• Shift: Day Shift (09:30 AM – 06:30 PM)

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

• Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)
