We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Remote Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. This role involves handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including communication, scheduling, data entry, document management, and other administrative duties — all from a remote setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the team.

  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, appointments, and calendar events.

  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Maintain and organize digital filing systems and databases.

  • Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information across platforms.

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks (as needed).

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Order office supplies or coordinate with vendors as needed.

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.


Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in a fully remote work environment.

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Familiarity with basic accounting or invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks)
