Position: German Accounting Associate II

Work Setup: Max of 1 day of WFH per week upon regularization; full onsite during 1st 6 months
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
▶︎ Filipino national proficient in German Language
▶︎ Bachelor’s Degree in any field
▶︎ With SAP or ERP knowledge is an advantage
▶︎ With Customer Service experience is a plus
▶︎ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
▶︎ Serves as primary contact between customers and other areas of the business
▶︎ Review and support orders to resolve delivery and billing blocks, and incomplete orders.
▶︎ Handle Credits and Return Goods Authorizations, and Debits.
▶︎ Document customer interactions by recording details of customer inquiries, complaints, and comments.
▶︎Provide excellent customer service
▶︎ Perform other tasks when needed
