JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➢ Open to Filipino candidates proficient in Portuguese and English
➢ Open to foreign nationals holding a 13A, permanent, or temporary resident visa
➢ With at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
➢ Willing to work onsite and on a rotational schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⬩➤ Providing assistance to external users of the client’s technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
⬩➤ Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
⬩➤ Follow appropriate escalation path to resolve technical issues; including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed
⬩➤ Prepare a complete and accurate report on the issues received
⬩➤ Perform other related tasks needed
