JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● Fluent in both Italian and English
● Open for Bachelor’s degree, Undergrad, Vocational or High School Graduate
● With Customer service or support experience is a plus
● Amenable to work in shifting schedules
● With basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Willing to work in Cebu
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◆︎ Translating from English to Italian, including requirements, designs, emails, tickets, error information, etc.
◆︎ May requires conferences or meetings with clients, vendors, and counterparts, interpreting services could be needed.
◆︎ Providing coaching or language training, help bilinguals develop their capabilities.
Investigate, gather, and become familiar with business, technical, and tool terminology.
◆︎ Make use of and help improve translation tools to boost output. Being open to receiving cross-training in project management/support or technical (SAP, Oracle, SFDC, Service Desk, etc.) tasks
◆︎ Work at a service desk where you must communicate both orally and in writing in a language other than English.
◆︎ Perform other related task if needed
