Job Overview:

Join One Point One Solutions for the Blinkit process as a Customer Service Executive handling both voice and chat support. We’re looking for candidates with strong communication skills, comprehension ability, and a passion for resolving customer queries. Openings available for both freshers and experienced candidates!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and chat interactions.

• Resolve customer issues related to Blinkit services promptly and accurately.

• Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions in CRM tools.

• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism on every interaction.

• Meet quality and productivity targets set by the operations team.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Fresher & Experienced (both can apply)

• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

• Language Proficiency: Fluent English (spoken & written)

• Communication Requirement:

  • Must qualify Versant Level 5

  • Good comprehension & vocabulary skills

Shift & Schedule:

• Shifts:

  • Females: General Day Shift

  • Males: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)

• Timings: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Interview Time)

• Work Mode: Onsite at Gurugram office
