One Point One Solutions is actively hiring Helpdesk Executives for a blended process (voice + non-voice) in customer service and vendor billing support. We are looking for tech-savvy and detail-oriented individuals with strong English communication skills and prior experience in e-commerce, invoicing, or accounting. Interviews are conducted daily with 20+ openings available!
Respond to customer queries via calls and email/chat (inbound + outbound).
Handle tasks related to vendor billing, invoicing, and order processing.
Resolve service requests in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions.
Adhere to SLAs, process standards, and compliance guidelines.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in customer service, invoicing, vendor billing, or similar roles
Education: Any Graduate
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Tech-savvy with experience in e-commerce or accounting systems

Working Days: 5 Days a Week + 2 Rotational Offs
