Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 4–5 years of proven success in real estate sales and a strong professional network in the property market. The ideal candidate should have the ability to lead a team, drive revenue growth, and build longterm client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the residential property sales cycle end-to-end. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets. • Leverage industry connections with developers, channel partners, and brokers. • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to ensure performance delivery. • Develop and implement sales strategies for residential projects. • Coordinate with developers and channel partners for project tie-ups and promotions. • Maintain market intelligence and competitor analysis for strategic planning. Desired Candidate Profile • 4–5 years of real estate sales experience (preferably residential projects). • Strong connections and network in the local real estate market. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a sales team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset – willing to work in a startup environment.
