Engage with clients through outbound and inbound calls to provide financial solutions.
Promote and sell investment and insurance products, including mutual funds, stocks, and trading services.
Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Provide accurate information and guidance on financial products and services.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center role within the BFSI sector (NBFCs, banks, insurance, mutual funds).
Communication Skills: Proficiency in English with a Versant score of 5.

Ability to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
