Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Customer Service team at Upstox IB. This role is purely customer service-oriented, with no sales or targets involved. Ideal candidates will possess strong English communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.

 


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service.

 


 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum educational qualification: HSC (12th pass).

  • Freshers are welcome to apply; prior customer service experience is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Interview Process:

    • Single operational round of interview.
