We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Remote Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. This role involves handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including communication, scheduling, data entry, document management, and other administrative duties — all from a remote setting.
Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the team.
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, appointments, and calendar events.
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain and organize digital filing systems and databases.
Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information across platforms.
Assist with basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks (as needed).
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Order office supplies or coordinate with vendors as needed.
Support onboarding processes for new hires and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Prior experience in a fully remote work environment.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Familiarity with basic accounting or invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, FreshBooks)
