We are urgently hiring for Inbound Customer Service roles in Metropolis (Healthcare) and UPSTOX (Stockbroking IB process). These are pure customer service profiles – No Sales, No Targets, No Pressure.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls for either Metropolis lab services or UPSTOX IB-related customer queries.

Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, or support requests

Deliver accurate information and professional assistance

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and empathy

🎯 Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)

Experience:

Freshers: Welcome to apply

Experienced: Preferred in customer service

Language: Good English communication skills (mandatory)

Gender: Open to all

Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

Work Location:

Metropolis Process: Mumbai Office

UPSTOX Process: Thane Highstreet Office

⏰ Shift Timings:

Metropolis Process:

Rotational day shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM

No night shifts post 11 PM

6 days working | 1 rotational weekly off

UPSTOX IB Process:

Fixed shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

6 days working | 1 weekly off

💰 Salary:

UPSTOX Process:

Freshers: ₹18,836 CTC | ₹16,258 In Hand

Metropolis Process:

Freshers: ₹16,000 In Hand

Experienced: ₹17,000 In Hand
