Eligibility:
Graduate (any discipline) or HSC (12th) with minimum 6 months telecalling/customer support experience; Science graduates preferred.
Freshers eligible for graduate positions.
Language-wise Openings: Hindi/English – 3, Tamil – 8, Malayalam – 2, Kannada – 2
Skills: Excellent reading, writing & speaking in assigned language; basic/intermediate English & Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls for medical test inquiries.
Provide information on tests, packages, and procedures.
Schedule and confirm diagnostic appointments; maintain CRM records.
Follow-up to ensure attendance and collect feedback.
Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.
Shifts & Schedule: 9 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, 11 AM–8 PM; 1 rotational day off/week
Compensation: Up to ₹16,000 in-hand + performance incentives
