💼 Job Description: Telecaller – ICICI Prudential Life Insurance (Term Plans)

We are hiring Telecallers to promote ICICI Prudential Life Insurance’s term plans. The role involves engaging potential customers over calls, understanding their insurance needs, and offering the right solutions.

Responsibilities: Handle outbound calls, explain term insurance products, assess requirements, convert leads into sales, follow up with prospects, maintain CRM records, and share customer feedback.

Eligibility: HSC minimum, graduates preferred. Freshers welcome; 6 months–5 years of telesales/insurance/BPO experience is an advantage. Strong English communication, persuasion, negotiation, and basic computer skills required.

Salary & Benefits: ₹14,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience & skills) + attractive incentives. Rotational shifts (9 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, 11 AM–8 PM). 1 weekly off.

Location: Malad (near station) | Work from Office.
