Shaadi.com is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Inside International Sales Executives to handle tele-sales for international markets including the US, Canada, and Australia. The role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, proven sales ability, and proficiency in regional languages.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international customers through calls and emails.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing timely follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Prior international BPO sales/tele-sales experience preferred.

• Languages: Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu + English.

• Gender: Male candidates preferred.

• Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM IST onwards).

• Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs.

• Work Mode: Onsite – Office-based role.
