Call 2 Connect is hiring a Team Leader β Inbound to manage daily operations of our inbound process team in Malad West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience leading inbound teams in a BPO environment, with strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills.
Supervise and manage a team handling inbound customer calls.
Monitor team performance and ensure SLA compliance.
Coach and mentor team members to improve call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Generate and analyze performance reports and present insights to management.
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline service delivery.
Maintain discipline and foster a positive team culture.
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader (Inbound BPO process).
Age: 25β35 years.
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Language: Fluent in English & basic Hindi.

Shift Timing: Day Shift (09:30 AM β 06:30 PM).
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off).
Mode: Face-to-Face
Time: 11:00 AM β 4:00 PM

Salary: Up to βΉ32,000/month (Negotiable based on experience).
