Call 2 Connect is hiring an experienced Quality Analyst with strong exposure to sales processes in a BPO setup. The role involves monitoring & evaluating agent performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery.
Monitor & evaluate inbound/outbound sales calls and processes.
Ensure compliance with sales & quality guidelines.
Identify training needs and recommend process improvements.
Provide constructive feedback & coaching to agents.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly audit & quality reports.
Collaborate with team leaders & trainers to boost performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction benchmarks are achieved.
Experience: Min. 1 year as a Quality Analyst in a BPO (sales preferred).
Age: 25โ35 years.
Education: Graduate (any discipline).
Language: Fluent in English & basic Hindi.
Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates.
Shift: Day Shift (09:30 AM โ 06:30 PM).
Work Days: MondayโSaturday (Sunday off).
Mode: Face-to-Face
Time: 11:00 AM โ 4:00 PM

Salary: Up to โน35,000/month (Negotiable)
