📝 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and customer inquiries for ICICI Bank credit card products.

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Achieve monthly targets and performance KPIs.

• Share detailed product/service information with customers.

🎯 Requirements:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers to 3 years (Telecalling, Customer Support, or Telesales preferred)

• Age Limit: 18–35 years

• Gender: Male & Female candidates welcome

• Language: Proficiency in English required

⏰ Working Hours & Shifts:

• Day Shift: 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM

• Week Off: Sunday

💰 Salary:

₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
