About the company
For a medium-sized, artisanal furniture manufacturer in Leende, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to contribute to the production of high-quality, custom-made wooden furniture. The organization specializes in custom work with solid oak and supplies both individual pieces and complete interiors to private clients and businesses. Everything is developed, produced, and delivered in-house – from raw plank to finished product.
Within this organization, you’ll work in a close-knit team of professionals, prioritizing quality, precision, and customer focus. The atmosphere is informal yet professional: colleagues know each other well, work hard, and also enjoy each other’s company. Communication lines are short, allowing you to quickly coordinate with colleagues on the shop floor or in the office. Your own initiative is valued, and there’s room for input on work processes and product improvements.
The work environment is spacious, with a well-equipped workshop where craftsmanship and modern technology converge. Think computer-controlled saws, professional tools, and workstations where craftsmanship is paramount.
About the position
• MIG/MAG welding of metal parts
• Reading and working with technical drawings
• (Optional) Use of laser technology
• Checking the quality of your own work
• Collaborating with other welders and production employees
What do we ask of you?
Minimum 3 years of experience with MIG/MAG welding
Skill in reading technical drawings
English language proficiency – compulsory
Driving license category B and own transport
Motivation, precision and a strong work ethic
Experience with laser welding is a plus
What do we offer you?
Salary €2,500 – €3,500
A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
Your salary is paid every week
27 vacation days + 13 ADV days
You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people who care about you as a person
We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which we can deduct from your salary each week. The cost per week is €38.01.
We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49.
