About the company
What happens within this organization in Venray?
Production of high-quality truss systems
Since the early 2000s, they have been designing and manufacturing truss structures made of certified aluminum; both standard and custom solutions for the entertainment and AV market.
Rental division with a large inventory.
They manage a substantial rental fleet—several kilometers of trusses, hundreds of circular elements, and heavy towers—focused on events, festivals, and trade fairs.
A strong focus on flexibility and quality.

Both the production facility in Venray and sales abroad (Germany, Europe, even worldwide) are being actively developed

The organization consists of a small to medium-sized team of approximately 25 to 30 employees, working at the production site in Venray. The company culture is informal and agile, with short lines of communication and a no-nonsense mentality. The factory is technologically advanced, partially automated and robot-assisted, and features high-quality equipment. Production meets strict certifications, including EN1090 Class 3, which guarantees quality and safety.
Decision-making is fast, and employees are given considerable freedom and responsibility. There’s room for personal initiative: if a client requests a special structure, we can respond immediately. About the position
What you will do:
TIG welding of aluminum constructions to complete systems
Working on both custom and serial production projects
Carrying out quality control and finishing work
Working in a clean, daytime only production environment
What do we ask of you?
EU passport or nationality
Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
Valid driving license category B
TIG welding experience at least level 2
Experience with circular welding (welding along bends or around pipes/curves)
Available at short notice
Motivated, responsible and able to work accurately and quality-oriented
What do we offer you?
Salary €2,500 – €3,500
A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
Your salary is paid every week
27 vacation days + 13 ADV days
You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people who care about you as a person
We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which we can deduct from your salary each week. The cost per week is €38.01.
We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49.
