Position – Junior Social Media Manager Business Name: Studio Y
Job Overview – Studio Y is a boutique brand founded in 2016 with a vision to design comfortable, casual clothing for modern Indian women. We are currently looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to join our social media marketing and advertising team. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and potential customers. In this role, you will have to create awareness and narratives suitable for multiple platforms.
Responsibilities and Duties–
To manage and maintain all studio Y owned social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube).
To plan monthly calendars for social media promotions (2-3 posts/ highlights).
To develop brand awareness and online reputation.
Content Creation – To create fun videos (styling, tips and tricks, behind the scenes) and engaging posts.
To take and edit still photoshoots and videos of garments/products.
To stay on top of new channels and trends and keep up with channel updates.
To boost organic growth.
To create marketing campaigns.
To be updated with fashion.
To analyse and interpret data and create content based on it.
To create opportunities for collaborations.
To design banners and creatives.
To write blog posts.
Skills –
To have a good understanding and desire to learn the following softwares / applications / systems:
Adobe Lightroom
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premiere (Bonus)
SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound organic traffic
Photography/ Videography: To be able to take still photos, short videos on mobile phone and DSLR.
Work Timings : 10:30 am – 6:30 pm
Place of Work: Bangalore
Remuneration: 1.8L RUPEES – 2.4L RUPEES PER ANNUM
