Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Web Analyst. In this role,

you will be responsible for providing weekly & ad hoc insights to help inform decision making and drive the

tracking of two websites. The websites are a strategically critical route to market and as a Web Analyst you will

play a central role as a driver of business success. You will work closely with the Web team, to ensure the

success of each website along with the CRO team to support on delivering on our strategic conversion goals.

What you will be doing:

As a Web Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting the understanding of customer behaviour on Exodus & Headwater websites and helping to identify areas where improvements in the online experience can be made.

• Identifying customer behaviour patterns and insights that will translate into business improvements in the customer journey across all touchpoints.

• Using a variety of tools to extract and analyse data & reporting your findings

• Communicating insights and providing solutions that have demonstrable results.

• Ensuring top quality web analysis, measurement & reporting with clarity on the weekly drivers and detractors
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a B2C E-Commerce environment for over 4 years working with Enterprise Analytics Solutions including GTM, GA/GA4 and Data Studio.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, GDS, and SAP.

• An understanding of datasets and how to combine different data sources together to uncover correlations that lead to more insights

• Experience in Web Analytics Methodologies such as experimentation and Testing, Competitive Analysis, Surveys, and Market Research.

• Excellent communication skills, with clear insights and actions and ability to interact with all levels of management, end-users, and technical resources.

• Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills.

• Ability to understand the customers / browsers perspective, putting themselves in the shoes of the

• web user.

• Highly numerate and commercially aware.

• Keeps up to date with industry trends in the area
