Key Responsibilities:
– Taking and processing service in a professional.
– Provide information about traning and services.
– Handle candidate queries and provide timely solutions.
– Manage data and follow up with potential leads and prospects.
-Stay up to date with training knowledge.
– Submitting daily progress report.
– Maintain records of candidate interactions and feedback.
Skills & Qualifications
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
– Ability to engage and build rapport with candidate.
– Good listening and problem-solving skills.
– Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
– Fluency in [ (e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi).
– Previous telecaller experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
