Roles:

 Daily creation and posting of JD on different job portals.

 Able to do End to End Recruitment.

 Able to take telephonic interview of the Candidate.

 Able to do Daily Line-up upto 10 for internship/Training/Placement.

 Timely reporting to the senior Executive.

 Should be able to handle Attendance.

 Should be able to take basic round of interview of the candidate.

 Should be able to counsel the candidates in technical domain.

 Should have knowledge about HR laws and policies.

Fresher who doesn’t have knowledge needs to go Training.
