Requirements:

Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
JLPT N1,N2 Passer/Level
Bachelor’s Degree holder
Open for graduate and undergraduate
Excellent in English
Male or female
With at least 3-5 years of working experience in Project Manager or Bridge Engineer
Responsibilities:

·         Performs General Administration such as recruitment procedure of project managers and project staff.

·         Responsible in managing schedule and assignment of Project Staff

·         Responsible in Project Delivery such as lead the delivery of single or multiple projects within a portfolio or programs, including small-medium scale projects with the use of recommended project management tools.

·         Performs Training and Development

·         Responsible in making Weekly and Semi Monthly Report s related to performance management of the Projects staff/ members for the company
