Schedule:           Monday to Friday

Time of work:    9:00 Am to 6:00 PM / 8AM to 5PM/ 7AM to 4PM

Requirements:

Japanese Native or Filipino who can speak Japanese Fluently
Can speak Japanese (English is not important)
This is a 100% Japanese account
No background needed, Japanese proficiency is the best requirement
Customer Service background is a Plus but not required
Graduates or undergraduates
No Age Limit
Responsibilities:

Assist customers regarding their inquiries about the VAPE products via calls
Handle Calls from Vape Customers who have general concerns
Guide customers on how the vape works and how to get the Vape Menu
Assist and record customer feedback and concerns
Forward Customer Concerns to other departments if needed
Energetic to welcome new vape users
Giving advise on how to maintain vape devices
It may include vape demonstration if needed
Handle  Vape loyal customers with vape related concerns
