Requirements:

·         Mandarin language proficient (speak, read and write)

·         Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields

·         Preferably with background in BPO

·         Knowledgeable in computer applications

·         Open for Native or non-native Speakers

 

Job Description:

·         Work on and support key employee life cycle processes.

·         Update and maintain all HR related data via PeopleSoft in a timely manner

·         Administer documents based on the given frameworks

·         Participate in the development of HR processes

·         Make sure that each contact is accepted and fixed with quality service
