Position: Mandarin Senior Executive – Training and Development

Location: Pasay
Salary: P50,000 – P100 000

Schedule: Dayshift

 

Responsibilities:

Prepares and designs competency for employees
Orients acknowledged new crew/leader on board on how to conduct skill assessment with staff
Makes or maintains an updated manual of vendors associated to talent administration and keeps a networking bond with such vendors
Develop the crew performance management system on board
Ability to design and train others to implement onboard training course for new employees
Requirements:

Proficient in speaking, writing, and reading in Mandarin language.
Graduate of any degree but prefer those who graduated in Hospitality, Education, Language Arts, and other relevant degrees.
At least 3 years or more experience in Training and Development. OD experience is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SAP and/or any CMS is an advantage; exudes an innate ability to learn software applications and computer systems with ease
