We are currently recruiting for a Deli Manager (Hermanus) with 2-3 years’ experience. Candidate should have good communication and problem solving skills
Key Duties Include:
• Overseeing the employees and their performance
• Ordering stock
• Daily catering
• Menu selection
• Preparing of lunches
• Platter preparations
• Host mini events
• Ensuring foods are presentably displayed
• Handling customer relations
• Making sure employees follow procedures
• Hiring and training of staff (HR duties)
• Making sure that store reaches monthly targets
