Responsibilities:

-Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

-Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

-Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint via phone, email, or social media

-Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution

-Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

 

Salary:  Php 16,000 to Php 18,000

 

Qualifications:

-Must be able to speak in English

-Must have completed 2 years in college with at least 6-month work / call center experience

-Good problem – solving skills and focus on quality

-Computer literate

-Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute

-Must be flexible with working hours

-Willing to work in Muntinlupa
