Job Description:
-Respond to customers over the phone
-Process customers’ requests and validates their account
-Deliver excellent display of customer service
-Sell products or services and place customer orders in the computer system
Salary: Php 14000 to Php 20000
Requirements:
-At least vocational graduate or college undergraduate
-Knowledgeable using computers
-Ready start immediately
-Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
-Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
– Willing to work in Pasig City
-Must have at least 6 months to 2 years international call center experience
