Job Description:

-Answer calls and/or respond to customer’s emails

-Manage and resolve customer complaints

-Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system

-Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

-Provide product and service information to customers

 

 

 

Qualifications:

-At least high school graduate or college undergraduate

-Know how to use a computer

-With or without call center experience

-Can start as soon as possible

-Can converse in English

-Open to work in Taguig City
