Role Definition:

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for the Sales in the assigned territory BNLX. As such is responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities at existing and potential direct and indirect customers. This includes managing the complete sales cycle including training, basic support, and account management.

Requirements

–        Strong commercial acumen with proven track record of deal closing

–        Ability to work independently, and efficient under remote management

–        Experience in selling technical systems and products / in the security industry

–        Experience and network with Installers, Distributors and/or Integrators

–        Good communication skills: oral, written and during presentations

–        Ability and willingness to work hands-on

–        Frequent travel required around the defined countries

–        French, Dutch & English at advanced business level is essential, written & spoken
