Job Description

  • Actively support of the sales team in online, and offline activities as well as B2B and B2C.
  • Updating the promotion and marketing in social media channels
  • Translation / overseeing the translation/proofreading of company marketing materials in Turkish, German and English
  • Deliver the excellent customer service for networks distribution and clients
  • Working with distributors/executives to implement SIPs and other business programs to provide ongoing support in their business
  • development.
  • Organization, preparation and active participation in events, meetings and training
  • Support the German team with regular reports, event organization and special projects

Qualifications

  • Excellent in Turkish, German and English
  • Relevant professional experience 2+ years in the field of customer service/customer care
  • Active, motivated team player and work independently
  • PC knowledge with the MS Office package
  • working location: Berlin
