Job Responsibilities:
✅Provide excellent customer support for a world-renowned luxury automotive brand through phone, email, and chat.
✅Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicles, services, accounts, and general product information.
✅Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
✅Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.
✅Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
✅Follow company policies and quality standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
