COMPANY PROFILE: This company is one of the biggest multinational automotive companies worldwide, they have been operating in the Philippines since 2012. They have been offering finance, accounting, consultancy, and back-office support across Asia and Europe.

Position: German Accounts Receivable Specialist

Industry: Automotive Company

Location: Pampanga

Salary: Php 60,000 – Relocation Package and Free Visa processing

Schedule: Midshift ( Monday – Friday)

Work Setup: Onsite

Job Requirements:

✅ Filipino National who can speak, read and write in German Language

✅ At least have B1 proficiency level in German with or without certificate

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or other business-related courses

✅ Basic knowledge of MS OƯice tools (e.g., Excel, Word)

✅ Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems

✅ Experience in Accounts Receivable or Customer Service in Shared Services and BPO Environment

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Create and send invoices to customers.

✅ Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances.

✅ Follow up on overdue payments through phone calls, emails, or letters.

✅ Resolve billing issues and payment discrepancies.

✅Record and process incoming payments.
